This last week has just flown by. I can't believe that Christmas is over and it is almost 2011!!! I am going to recap this last week of all of our Christmas activities. We got the boys last Sunday night and had them through Christmas morning until 8:30 am.
Brent and I decided to let the boys open their presents on Sunday night so they would have several days of playing with their new toys before they had to head back to their mom's house. Normally, Christmas is super rushed because we would open presents on Christmas Eve with Brent's dad and step mom and stay there most of the day spending time with them. Then we would hurry home to get ready for the Christmas Eve service at church and then after the service we would open presents at home. Then get up super early to see what Santa brought and then hurry the kids back to their mom's house. Whew! Just thinking about makes me crazy. With opening presents on the Sunday night before Christmas we were able to enjoy being together and hanging out. The boys were super excited when we told them that they got to open their presents early and they loved their presents. Here are some pictures from that night.
